All Raw Powerlifting - updated rules and individual lifts
Aside from being the most lifter friendly federation, everything you know about All Raw Powerlifting has been updated. The rules that we are going to be talking about here have been updated to qualify us for Powerlifting Watch. Qualifying lifters can be ranked with other federations across the US moving forward.
Here we go!
SQUAT - no tshirts are required under your singlet (singlets are still a requirement for ALL lifts). The movement is still the same, hit depth and stand up. You can find detailed rules in the link at the end of the post.
BENCH - we now require a pause at the bottom of the movement with a press command given.
DEADLIFT - hitching is no longer allowed in the deadlift movement. No support on the thigh is allowed.
Strength Lifts have come back in full force and are allowed at ANY meet! These lifts include; strict curl, free standing curl and military press. You can register for these individual lifts on the meet registration application.
We are looking to advance our record keeping! We will be adding in Wilk’s Coefficient moving forward and all records and meet results will be updated day of on the website! Check out your age and weight class records and get ready to break them!
